By lodging this complaint, I hereby understand if there is no breach of the approved plans, the Development Consent, or the Complying Development Certificate, or the Building Code of Australia, I will be sent a tax invoice for work rendered by the Principal Certifying Authority on the project.
The tax invoice will be for work rendered fairly to cover costs and will include all hours billed at $140.00 per hour directly and only in relation to this complaint.
If the complaint is valid, the builder will be charged these costs and the complainant will not be charged.
