DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL PROCESS

Step 1     Pre Lodgement     We will obtain the requirements from all related professionals

Step 2     Neighbour notification and assessment     We will ensure everything is in place. This is critical. Leave it to us

Step 3     Compliance with the current building laws     We have strategies which will ensure the DA is dealt with promptly

Step 4     Development Approvals     The DA should be determined within 40 days
