I have been impressed by their knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), the document under which they are licensed to carry out their functions as an Accredited Certifier. This knowledge has meant that on a number of occasions I have been required to undertake changes to some of my developments in order to comply with the BCA to the level required by them.
