Glen is the team leader of the Sutherland Shire Branch. He has issued to date, over 1350 construction and occupation certificates as an Accredited Certifiers bringing to the company a wealth of experience. Glen has an intimate knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, and the Building Code of Australia building safety requirements for all residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

10 Years Total Experience:

• 6 years experience practicing as the Director of EBC and acting as an AC/PCA.
• 4 years experience as a Building Surveyor for Woollahra, Kogarah and Marrickville Council.

Jim Morton is employed by Environmental Building Consultants as a professional building consultant. He has extensive experience in local Residential, Commercial and Industrial building projects and a wealth of project experience in both the Public and Private sector of the construction industry.

Jim has a degree in Architecture (BA Arch hons), has previously worked as a Project Architect and Project Controller on many major building projects during the last 30 years and has an good knowledge of the Environment Planning and Assessment Act 1979, and The Building Code of Australia.

Jim is leading the company with the issue of Development Applications, Statements of Environmental Effects, Fire Safety inspections. and assists with Construction Certificate related issues. Jims main strength lies in his professional timely service, his experience and thoroughness in the task at hand.
